🇰🇷 South Korea's President Yoon Suk Yeol suffered big losses in parliamentary elections. Bloomberg says the president faces a tough road ahead with increased opposition to his pro-investor agenda.

🇰🇷 The NYT blames the loss on Yoon's domestic policies: Voters made their concerns about inflation heard at the polls.

🇰🇷 Reuters blamed Yoon's “combative” style, though: The South Korean president may need to embrace compromise after the election flop.

🇰🇷 But maybe green onion drama doomed Yoon? The Guardian reports that S. Koreans felt their government was out of touch after Yoon's comment on the price of green onion.
