🇾🇪 The Economist thinks It's a wake-up call for the world. The Houthis aren't the ragtag force we thought they were — they're a serious threat.

🇾🇪 Politico notes that Biden is hesitant to retaliate. He doesn't want to escalate the conflict — it doesn't make sense to engage the Houthi directly and risk angering Iran.

🇾🇪 The Jerusalem Post says we shouldn’t blame Yemen’s government — they’re locked in a civil war with the Houthi rebels.

🇾🇪 Regardless, the Financial Times thinks this conflict will be disastrous for global trade. Shipowners need more protection in the Red Sea, otherwise economies will be seriously disrupted.
