Trump’s interview with Elon

Donald Trump returned to X for an interview with Elon Musk after a tech delay. AP News says the conversation was friendly but revealed little new information about Trump's plans.

You can watch the entire conversation between Trump and Elon here.

A Guardian Op's take: Trump's interview with Elon Musk was a boring display of egos and toxic masculinity.

But Hot Air said Trump touched on important policy points: He was right to blame Kamala Harris for NYC's migrant crisis.

For her part, The Harris campaign shrugged off the interview -- labeling the interview as a meeting of “self-obsessed rich guys” who can't run a live stream.

Financial Times offered a different takeaway: Trump's interview with Elon highlighted a similarity between the two men -- their struggling social media ventures.

Walking backward

Time: Walking backward is a low-impact exercise that strengthens legs and improves coordination. It also helps reduce knee pain and enhances balance -- you should try it!

BBC likes it -- It strengthens your ankles and improves brain function.

But the WSJ isn't sure about backward running -- there are definitely some injury risks, and it does look pretty weird.

Men's Health says just start slow -- you can try a treadmill or an open section of flat ground to get the groove. It's definitely worth it!
