2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is on TikTok. Some say he's embracing Chinese spyware — others say candidates should take notes.

🤳 Slate: In the second Republican debate, Nikki Haley called Ramaswamy out for having a TikTok page — and it sparked the fiercest exchange of the night.

🤳 The Washington Examiner says Haley has a point: Ramaswamy should be ousted from the presidential race for using TikTok. It's Chinese spyware!

🤳 But the Daily Caller thinks Ramaswamy is in the right: Like it or not, TikTok is a valuable tool to connect with young people.

Does working out at home in your pajamas, surrounded by candles and moody lighting, sound appealing? The new TikTok trend “cozy cardio” may be for you.

🚶‍♀️ Refinery29 is a fan: Redefining cardio as a slower-paced, enjoyable activity can help people establish a good relationship with exercise.

🚶‍♀️ But Health.com says cozy cardio won't work for people who know how to exercise: Eventually, people need challenging workouts to improve their health.

🚶‍♀️ CNN agrees: Cozy cardio is a good start, but it's not enough. Progress to harder workouts when you can, and get outside as much as possible.

🚶‍♀️ Still, Forbes thinks fitness regimens should be personal. Do whatever cardio workouts work for you! Cozy cardio can help people ease into exercise.
