Kamala Harris admits she can be “indecisive” due to over-preparation and risk aversion. News Looks says it's a big topic after a recent CNN town hall.
Local10.com: Eh, Harris herself acknowledged shortcomings -- and her caution stems from considering her impact on others and making sure to consider the opinion of the smart people around her. Is that a bad thing?
A Telegraph piece seems to think it is. And in fact, Harris discussed this very weaknesses in a CBS interview -- but editing made her response seem tighter than it was.
CNN didn't like the answer for another reason. The response was to a question about her flaws. But it seems she dodged the question. Was this strategic?

Phys.org: A thin “skin” on the ocean's surface plays a big role in CO2 absorption due to its cooler temps. The finding reveals oceans absorb about 7% more CO2 than we used to think.
