New Matthew Perry charges

Matthew Perry, star of “Friends,” died from a ketamine overdose in 2023. The NYT says his personal assistant, two doctors, and other associates are facing charges for providing the drug.

The Telegraph says the indictment alleges that one of the doctors wondered “how much will this moron pay” for ketamine. It also alleges Perry's assistant injected him with ketamine 20+ times in the 4 days before his death.

This Reddit user was appalled: It's clear that the doctors had a “careless disregard for human life”.

For what it's worth, Fortune mentions that Perry received ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression -- but his last treatment took place a week and a half before his death.

Did Raygun really qualify?

An online petition claims Australian b-girl Raygun “manipulated” her way to the Paris Olympics. The Australian Olympic Committee says the claims are false and constitute harassment.

Raygun called it misinformation -- and said all the hate she's received since the Olympics has been “devastating”. She worked hard to qualify for Paris and really did give it her all!

Watch the final battle here that booked her spot at the Games.

Vox says she won her spot fair and square. But it's worth noting that many breakers chose not to compete -- Some didn't want to pay for the travel, others didn't want breaking to become an establishment sport.

Still, this Redditor thinks she and Team Australia should've known better. Why send someone who clearly isn't cut out for the competition?
