SCOTUS’s Idaho abortion opinion

Bloomberg: A leaked Supreme Court draft opinion is poised to allow emergency abortions in Idaho. The drafted decision would reinstate a lower court order ensuring hospitals can perform emergency abortions.

Justice Samuel Alito dissented from the majority opinion. He argued that federal law on emergency treatments weren't intended to include abortion.

Still, Vox says the SCOTUS's leaked opinion isn't a win for pro-choice advocates: SCOTUS punted the decision, leaving patients in and outside of Idaho in limbo.

New info on Dr DisRespect’s ban

The streamer Dr DisRespect was banned from Twitch in June 2020 -- The Verge says the reason is finally public, he sent inappropriate messages to a minor.

Dr DisRespect released a statement on X -- he said the messages verged on inappropriate, but never crossed a line and didn't break any laws.

Forbes: Naw, it's bad. Dr DisRespect should quit streaming -- this announcement really rocked his friends and fans, he needs to just end his career.

Some Redditors think there's more to the story. Dr DisRespect said he broke no laws, and the people calling him out have ulterior motives.

Another Redditor says no way -- these are just fans in denial, Dr DisRespect is clearly a predator. He literally confessed to inappropriately texting that minor (while married, btw). Case closed.
