Michelle Obama’s poll results

USA Today: Former first lady Michelle Obama would beat Trump in a hypothetical 2024 match-up. A new poll shows her leading with 50% of the vote.

A Columbus Dispatch Op endorsed the idea: Michelle Obama should be president. Her White House experience is invaluable.

But the Spectator says Michelle doesn't seem interested: She's repeatedly denied rumors that she's interested in running.

Still, a MSNBC Op says the Michelle poll is insightful: Her polling lead over Trump highlights a broader political appetite for someone other than Biden.

Drones in fireworks shows

Nat Geo says drone light shows are replacing traditional fireworks: And that's a good thing! Drones offer a safer and more environmentally friendly display.

CBS says cities in fire-prone areas were quick to adopt drones: Salt Lake City and Boulder jumped on the change for better air quality and safety perks.

But Chicago Tribune points out that fireworks still rule July Fourth: Drone shows can't replace tradition. Many people say drone shows just don't hit the same.

Plus, this Redditor says drones can't replicate big “booms” -- they don't provide the same sensory overload.
