Is “Hit Man” worth watching?

“Hit Man” is a Netflix movie starring Glen Powell and Adria Arjona. Slate says it's a blast, blending con-artist thrills with romance.
Spectator offered a lukewarm review of the movie, though: “Hit Man” makes for a fun watch, but it lacks depth.
But Wsws.org didn't find the movie amusing: The light-hearted approach to the dark subject matter was a bad call. The film feels like a missed opportunity.
Vogue had a different take: Sure, the police-brutality subplot was unappealing…but Powell's charm makes the movie.
