Kamala’s economic policy
Harris unveiled her economic plan: down-payment assistance, building new homes, tax cuts for working-class Americans, capping prescription drug costs, and addressing price gouging. Barron's says reactions are mixed.
NYT: Economists aren’t into Harris' price gouging plans.
WaPo: Yup. And overall, Harris's economic proposals rely on “populist gimmicks” and lack substance.
Newsweek: Well, Mark Cuban at least supports Kamala Harris' economic policies. He says she’s not talking about price fixing, she’s pro-business!

Gen Z PowerPoint parties
PowerPoint parties are social events where friends create and present funny slideshows. The WSJ says Gen Zers love them because it's a fun tongue-in-cheek reference to “skewer” corporate lingo.

WaPo was on board: Gen Zers are throwing PowerPoint parties for laughs and learning.
But Business Insider doesn't find them amusing: PowerPoint parties are a weird blend of work and social life. There's no need to ”workify“ social interactions.
RealSimple doesn't think it's that deep, though: PowerPoint parties are popular because they're a silly way to bond. Check out a list of fun topic ideas here.
