The WNBA’s media deal

The WNBA's new media deal will bring in $2.2 billion over 11 years. The Athletic says it's a huge increase and an expression of growing interest in the league.

The deal represents a “seismic shift” for women's sports, writes Front Office Sports. WNBA ad revenue has recently doubled -- thank Caitlin Clark!

But the WNBA Players Union thinks the league deserves more. Interest is skyrocketing, reports Sportico, and a bigger deal might be in order.

And Heavy notes the interesting timing: The players can opt out of their CBA at the end of this season and negotiate higher salaries.

Bootcamp spas

Bootcamp spas combine luxe accommodations with intense fitness programs. Town and Country says Canyon Ranch, Four Seasons Westlake, The Ranch at Malibu, and Zulal Wellness Resort are the best in the world.

What are the programs like? Check out this TikToker's video of The Ranch Malibu: The experience includes an 11-mile hike, massage, and cold plunges.

The Zoe Report gave the experience a glowing review: A bootcamp spa in Mexico has the power to reset your body and mind with intense workouts.

Metro also approved: Bootcamp spas can still feel like a true vacay -- Pine Cliffs Resort in Portugal combined “Bootcamp Insanity” with chill vibes.

Cosmopolitan's take: Bootcamp spas aren't without their cons. The author said there was a time at The Body Camp where they threw a “small tantrum”.
