🎤 The Tortured Poets Department

🎤 Taylor Swift's “The Tortured Poets Department” album is here. Rolling Stone says it's a masterful blend of intimate storytelling and synth-pop energy. It lives up to the hype!

🎤 Variety was also a huge fan: “The Tortured Poets Department” is Swift's rawest, most clever album yet.

🎤 But it missed the mark for NME: “The Tortured Poets Department” is a lyrical letdown with cringe-worthy lyrics.

🎤 Yet The Guardian thinks the album showcases the wit Swifties know and love: Swift's songwriting shines with maturity on “The Tortured Poets Department”.

🎤 By the way, The Cut asked poets what they thought of the album: Some doubt that Taylor qualifies as a “tortured” poet, given her billionaire status.

🚲 Ban teens on e-bikes?

🚲 SF Chronicle: Several Marin county schools are thinking about restricting e-bikes for students. They say it's about safety concerns.

🚲 The NYT thinks it's the right move, the bikes are seriously dangerous. Many teens don't know the rules of the road and can easily get hurt or killed.

🚲 But Electrek argues that e-bikes give teens freedom and responsibility. They're great if you live in an area with poor transit.

🚲 Upfront says it's not the bikes, it's the laws around them. They shouldn't be treated like bicycles, maybe we need tests for e-bike users?
