4B Movement in the US?

The 4B Movement started in South Korea. It's a social movement where women reject heterosexual marriage, childbirth, dating, and sexual relationships as a response to pervasive misogyny and gender inequality. The Independent says the movement could catch on in America post-Trump's election.

Inkl says the movement's been brewing in the U.S. for some time now. The concept of 4B has resonated with many women after #MeToo and the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

Elle notes that TikTok is responsible for spreading the 4B Movement globally, too: Its ideals could appeal to American women seeking gender equality and justice.

The Standard thinks the recent resurgence in interest is thanks to Trump’s presidency, though: Some view his leadership as a threat to women's rights -- the movement is more relevant than ever now.
