π 34,000 Big Macs
Big Mac fanatic Don Gorske hit a big milestone, with mixed reactions. Is his 34,000 Big Macs something to celebrate, or cause for concern?

π Don Gorske has eaten over 34,000 Big Macs since 1972. Global News says he holds the Guinness World Record and plans to keep adding to it until he dies.
π Gorske: βI'm not the type of person who tries new stuffβ. He knew from the first bite he'd be eating Big Macs forever.
π But @WillDowns5 on X is worried β all those Big Macs can't be good for his health.
π Though Ben Kageyama on Medium says Gorske appears pretty healthy. Maybe so-called βsinfulβ food isn't that bad after all?
ποΈββοΈ Half as much exercise?
A 2023 study says less is more for womenβs exercise, but are the findings an excuse to cut down your exercise routine?

ποΈββοΈ Time: A 2023 study found that women may need just half the exercise of men. Women achieved similar life-boosting benefits in less than half the time.
ποΈββοΈ You can read the full study here in ScienceDirect.
ποΈββοΈ @miriam_tinny on TikTok celebrated the findings: Great news for the girls!
ποΈββοΈ Still, Fortune thinks the findings shouldn't discourage women from longer workouts β the study just didn't find additional benefits above 300 mins/week.
ποΈββοΈ And maybe the findings deserve more scrutiny. Fox News says the study had limits: Physical activity was self-reported, not measured.
